Sukhmanjot Sohi Senior Manager, EY
Sukhman Sohi is a Senior Manager in the AI & Data practice at EY. He has over 12 years of experience in strategy and technology consulting with a focus on digital & emerging technologies such as intelligent automation, process intelligence, and Generative AI . He helps clients explore, embrace, and adopt emerging technologies for direct impact on the P&L. Sukhman holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University, London, Ontario.
Session #2: Reinsurance Market Conditions Update
Update on Canadian reinsurance market conditions as the market trades into the January 1 renewal season.

Will Steele-Moore, SVP, AON
Will joined Aon’s UK Graduate Scheme in 2013 based out of the Guernsey office, where he started his insurance career in the field of Captives and Protected Cell Companies. After a secondment to Aon’s Risk Finance Consultancy practice in London, Will returned to Guernsey and worked with Insurance Linked Securities funds in Aon’s Re/Insurer Management division. Will moved to Toronto in 2019 to take up a role in the Canadian Reinsurance Treaty broking practice, where he places programs on behalf of a portfolio of Canadian clients.

Brent joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2014 and runs a wealth management practice focused on corporations, business owners, and high net worth families. Brent has a passion for solving complex investment and planning challenges, providing tailored financial strategies that consider tax, risk, and long-term objectives.
Brent is a Chartered Investment Manager, licensed insurance advisor and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Outside of work Brent enjoys sailing and cherishes his time with his wife and twin daughters.
